This scale originates from Germany. It's a straight-on constructed scale. Probably it dates from just after the Second World War. The chart is handpainted beautifully. The lead pencil made auxiliary lines still are clearly visible. The transparent upper layer conserved these pencil lines very well. I don't know whether Joch is the name of the manufacturer, or the name of the design. The chart of 1500 grams is subdivided per 25 grams. This scale is beautiful by it's ugliness.
