This modern handheld scale is made in Japan. The trade mark is Maruzen and the name of the model is Postman 100. This letter scale is delivered on a cardboard in a transparent plastic packing. At the back of the cardboard postal rates information is printed in Japanese, probably for sending mail in Japan, inland and abroad. The chart of 100 gram is up tot 80 grams subdivided per five grams by wide indications of measure. Only the values 0, 25, 50 and 100 grams are printed in figures. This letter scale was bought at eBay Germany. Besides this red version, also blue and white versions exist. Below some more pictures of this letter scale.
