Since 1933 Syro is a Swiss product of quality. In September 1992 Jos. Jelenz in Brüttisellen, Switzerland took over the production of SYRO scales. At the website of Syro an overview of the scales is given. Scales translated in German is Waagen. With the same housing egg scales (Eierwaagen), letter scales (Briefwaagen), and cup scales (Becherwaagen) with different capacities are made. Two different sizes of flat plates for letter scales are available. The capacities for letter scales are 50, 100, 250, 500 grams and also 9 ounces. The egg scales with an egg cup as receptor on top, exist in three different capacities. The loose cup, bowl, or beaker scale is available in four capacities 30, 50, 100, and 250 grams. solid housing is of molded aluminum and powder coated in silver. Other colors are an option: white, black, brown and chrome. The chart has a stripe of measure per gram and is easy to read. Below some more pictures of the Syro scale.
