This handheld letter scale with the mark WEDO is made by Werner Dorsch GmbH from Münster/Dieburg, Germany. The mark Wedo is registered in 1950. The firm Dorsch exists since 1933. This model is still in production and is available in several colors. A version with a capacity of 100 grams exists as well. This model has a capacity of 50 grams. Up to 25 grams each gram has a stripe, above 25 grams a stripe per five grams is given. The letter scale is delivered in a plastic cover which has a separate pocket at the back to keep some stamps.
