This type of scale with little weighing pan is called a spice scale. The scale of 50 grams has a stripe per each gram. The scale, the pan and the mechanism are brass. The frame has an ornamental relief surface. The leveling screw has the letters F.J.G. The order could also be: J.G.F. or G.F.J. I don't know the meaning of this abbreviation.
