letter scale

This letter scale has no mark or logo. A bar of the mechanism has the abbreviation GES.GESCH. this is short for "gesetzlich geschützt". This could be translated into "legally protected". This type of letter scale mechanism on top of an equilateral base is shown in old catalogs of several German firms. I still did not find a catalog image of this model on top of a round wooden base. The scale has a turn-over counterweight and has two weighing ranges namely 50 grams and 250 grams. The 50 grams scale has a stripe of measure per 0,5 gram. The scale of 250 grams has a stripe of measure per five grams. Below some more pictures of this letter scale.
