The Lancaster letter scale is almost equal to the Ronia. "made in Germany" is printed on the scale. This Lancaster has two ranges: 0-100g en 0 -500g. The 100 grams scale has a mark for each gram. Per every five grams the mark is longer. Per ten grams the value figure is present. The 500 grams scale has a short mark per five grams and a longer stripe per ten grams. Per fifty grams the value figure is given. The mechanism is rusty. The aluminum scale is unaffected. The blue-painted frame is still beautiful. At the back is a sticker with the text: "Voor huishoudelijk gebruik", this is "For domestic use" in Dutch. The lower end of the leveling screw has a metal saucer.
