letter scale advertising Biotrigon

This handheld letter scale was a gift of the firm Laboratoire J. Lorthioir from Paris, advertising Biotrigon. Which is a drug, e.g. to increase resistance and gain strength during and after pregnancy. One can find advertisements for Biotrigon in the years 1935, 1937, 1938 and later in the period 1953-1955. Therefore this letter scale probably dates from the period 1935-1955. Maybe someone knows yet to substantiate a more precise indication. the letter scale itself was made in Japan, This is stated at the back as MADE IN JAPAN. The letter scale was delivered with a pouch and a box. Both are missing in my copy. This letter scale has two weighing ranges: from zero up to 30 grams and from 30 grams up to 110 grams. Every weighing range has its own hanging cord to hold. Both scales have a stripe per each 5 grams.
Below are some more pictures of this special letter scale.
