letter scale

This old letter scale presumably was made in Germany, I don't know who made it. This letter scale was intended for use in Sweden. I bought this letter scale online in Sweden. The weighing capacity is 125 grams, this is an old typical Swedish weight limit for mail. The dating is difficult because this 125 grams postal weight limit was introduced on January 1, 1880 and was used until March 1, 1969. Yet this letter scale will come from the beginning of this long period, presumably dating from 1880 to 1910.
The scale has stripes of measure per five grams.
These figures are at the correct markings: 0 - 15 - 20 - 40 - 60 - 80- 100 - 20 - 125.
The letter scale height is 20 centimeters, the width of the letter holder is 5.7 centimeters.
Below are some more images of this old letter scale, intended for use in Sweden.
