ink set with letter scale

The maker of this ink set with letter scale is unknown to me. The letter scale comes from Germany. On a brass strip of the letter scale is written Ges. Gesch. that is in full: Gesetzlich Geschützt, translated legally protected. On the far right of the scale is Gebr. M. 17363. in full this is GebrauchsMuster 17363, a simple patent protection. I have not found this German patent yet. The 50 grams scale has a stripe for each gram. The base plate stands on four brass feet. The wooden inkwell holders have separate wooden lids and separate glass inkwells. The base plate has a groove for pens. The highest point is 18.3 cm, the base plate measures 29.0 x 12 cm. The letter plate is 5 cm round. The inkwells are 6 cm high, the inkwell diameter is 5 cm.
Below are some more images of this special wooden ink set with small letter scale.
