bascule model, unknown maker
This is a non-working model of a bascule. The maker is unknown to me. The model looks nice, it is an eye-catcher, a Hingucker (in German), a blikvanger (in Dutch), an accroche-regard (in French).
The maximum length is 22.5 centimeters, the maximum width is 12.0 cm, and the height is 14.7 cm.
