Hamilton letter scale
A lot of variations exist of this Hamilton letter scale with minor differences between them. This model has number 16 with the addition -71. This refers to the year 1971 and also to the postal rates printed on the chart, the rates started at May 16, 1971. The range is 16 ounces. The chart is subdivided per half ounce.
