letter scale

This letter scale has no mark at all. The letter scale presumably is of French origin. The chart is made very simple. It is a simple aluminum strip with a poorly done engraving. The scale ranges up to 250 grams. It has a zero adjusting screw. I don't know who's the maker and the country of origin. The realized direction of reading the chart is logical: from left to right. The pivot of the legs of the frame looks strange. It looks like a fault cast, or a badly repaired fracture. The chart has a graduation stripe per 5 grams. Below some more detailed photos of this letter scale.
