This modern pocket scale is made in China. At one side the scale of measurement is in grams, at the other side the scale is in ounces. The ranges are 100g and 4oz. It's not done exactly right at this little scale, because with the one pointer at 4oz. the pointer at the other side almost has reached 100g. And this while 4 ounces should be equal to 113.4 grams. The shape of this pocket scale is attractive. The body is in frosted black with white figures and characters. The other parts are shining chromed. A more expensive, separate pendulum weight is avoided. The geometry, and weight distribution, is stamped out of a tin plate. The letter clip has an annoying strong force in the closing spring. The indicator might be better with a sharper point. This pocket scale is supplied in a black and partly transparent plastic cover. The cover reads: made in China.
