part 2. USA scales

I enlarged my collection with letter scales from the USA and a few from Canada. This was done by bidding and buying at auctions on the internet, mainly at eBay. Most of these scales have a typical US style or US appearance. The letter scale is also called postal scale, postage scale, postal balance and postage balance. Some of the scales bought in America were produced in Europe for the American market. The weight is indicated in ounces. These scales are inserted in the European parts of my collection because they were made in Europe.
