letter scale with aluminum letter platform
This letter scale has no marks. The frame and almost all parts of the mechanism are made of magnetic steel. The lower short lever and the scale are made of aluminum. The round platform is also made of aluminum. The lead counterweight is hided in an aluminum case. The range of this letter scale is 500 grams. The scale shows a stripe every 5 grams. The realized direction of reading the scale is logical: from left to right. The letter scale has a brass screw for the zero leveling. The frame is vulnerable and doesn't stand firm. I don't know the maker or the country of origin. However, the scale is almost exactly the same as this letter scale. The base frame also appears identical to the Lindells weigher shown earlier, see here.
