letter scale | This is a letter scale on which no brand can be found. However, a VI mark has been filed on the bottom of the upright and at the bottom of the carrier of the brass letter plate. The model has been shown before, see for example this one Holsboer and also this letter scale from Becker & Buddingh. The weighing range of the letter scale shown here is somewhat larger, namely 250 grams. The chart has three divisions: per ten grams, per five grams and per gram, the latter from 0 to 150 grams.
