This letter scale comes from Denmark. This is shown on the right side of the scale. It's Winner model C. The name Kvama is molded into the counterweight. I have not seen this brand before. The scale has two ranges: with the counterweight folded up to 200 grams and with the counterweight folded down to 1000 grams. The 200g measurement scale is divided per 5 grams, the 1000g measurement scale per 10 grams.
The Kvama letter scale has many similarities with this Swedish Sharpo letter scale and also with this letter scale of unknown origin, see here. The pointer arm moves in the opposite direction and the counterweight is at the rear. There is some mirroring in the design.
