W.F. letter scale, weighing range 100 grams

This French letter scale bears the initials W.F. of the maker, but I do not know which name belongs to these letters. The backward movement of the arms coming out of the weighing house with the counterweights is special. This has been shown once before on this website, see this letter scale from Weintraud. The W.F. letter scale is remarkably solidly made, all parts are mounted with screws and the side walls of the scale housing are also enclosed in grooves at the front and back. Even the small pointer is attached with a mini cap nut. At the bottom of the measurements scale is DÉPOSÉ this probably indicates a patent or model registration. I have not found this yet.
The scale on the left goes up to 100 grams (grammes). There is a line of measure per gram. On the right of the scale are the rates for letter post abroad and for letter post within France. The foreign rate has partly worn away but can still be traced. 1.50 French Franc up to 20 grams, then 2.40 FF up to 40g, then 3.30 FF up to 60g, then 4.20 FF up to 80g and 5.10 FF for letters of 80+ up to 100g. The domestic rate is somewhat simpler: up to 20g 0.50 FF, up to 50g 0.75 FF, and up to 100g 1.00 FF. This domestic letter post rate was valid from August 9, 1926 to July 12, 1937.
The base of the scale is 50 x 100 millimeters, the housing is 75 mm high. The letter plate is 49 x 66 mm. The total height is 96 mm.
Below are some more images of this letter scale.
