letter scale on base with brass inlay

This letter scale model unmistakably comes from France. There is no logo or brand on it. The weighing range is 100 grams, per five grams there is a stripe and the corresponding value in numbers. The unit of measure grammes, Gramm, gram, Gr. or G is missing. This letter scale is 160 millimeters high. The diameter of the dial is 78.5 millimeters, the letter plate is 63 millimeters. Comparable models, also with a central vertical upright, often go up to 60 grams. The base of this model letter scale has many different designs. Rectangular brown wood, with or without brass-coloured decorative edges and with or without brass strips inlaid, black wooden round base, rectangular black wooden base with silver decorative edge, round base of marble in different colours, et cetera. This letter scale has two fixed spherical feet and the brass adjusting screw forms the third adjustable support point. Together they form a stable three-point support.
Similar scale models were shown in my collection, but with a different scale base each time, see here, here, and here. Those three scales have a weighing range of only 60 grams.
Below are some more images of this French letter scale on a wooden base with inlaid brass strips and a brass-colored decorative edge.
