letter scale, promotional gift from Swissair

This letter scale was a promotional gift from Swissair. This Swiss airline existed from March 26, 1931 to March 31, 2002. This scale model is referred to as "gooseneck", the resemblance is clear. The original model is a letter scale designed by Nathaniel Richard Hall. This Swissair letter scale is packed together with a leaflet in a box with a blue lid. The scale weighs in grams and ounces. The weighing ranges are 50 grams and 2 ounces. The dimensions of this scale are smaller than previously shown "gooseneck" scales. The body part is 83.2 mm, the diameter is 45 mm and the plate thickness is 0.5 mm.
Previously shown scales of this "gooseneck" model are the silver, the Let-R-Way, de Loth Parnell, the Lindells, the Svanström, the beer brewery Jacob Stauder, another Svanström, and another Parnell.
Below some more pictures of this small Swissair letter scale.
