letter scale or postal balance by Narcisse Briais

This letter balance also comes from France and bears the N.B. logo of Narcisse Briais. This logo was not only used by him but also by his successors, for more information see for example here. The balance arm has some curves but no cutouts. The supports of the plates have a semicircle bend. Most balances with free weights in recesses on the wooden base will have one or more of the weights missing. Three weights are present with this copy: 50, 25, and 15 grams. Weights of 2½, 5, and 10 grams are probably missing here, see for example this balance, also made by Briais.
The wooden base measures 19.5 by a maximum of 10.5 centimeters. The plateau for the weights is 4.1 cm round, the oval letter plate is 7.0 by 5.2 cm. The balance is 9.0 cm high.
Below are some more images of this letter balance from Narcisse Briais.
