JMAZ letter scale

This is the JMAZ with the lowest weighing capacity, just 50 grams. This letter scale has two fixed markers. Also a model with three fixed markers exists, the third marker is at the value 10 grams, see JMAZ. Before several other versions of the JMAZ were presented: a 100 grams, a 250 grams and a 500 grams model. A more modern JMAZ has a more complex designed leveling mechanism. A 1000 grams model exists also. The name JMAZ is at the black horizontal connecting strip of the frame. The scale has a stripe of measure per each half gram up to 30 grams. Above 30 grams a stripe of measure is given per each gram. JMAZ is short for: Jakob Maul Aus Zell. (This is German. Translation: Jakob Maul from Zell, this is a German village).
