Monograd letter scale by Ph.J. Maul | This small letter scale was made by Philipp Jakob Maul from Hamburg in Germany. The M logo is in the scale frame. On the enamel scale is the CONCAV logo on the right, below that the indication MONOGRAD (= one scale), and below that the abbreviation D.R.G.M. (= Deutsches Reich Gebrauchs Muster). This suggests a German patent. The measuring scale is divided into grams and into half grams, and also per five grams. There are more versions with the indication MONOGRAD, see this tripod version, and this 100 grams version. There is also a more luxurious chrome version, see this 100g Monograd. | back of the letter scale |
